How does the Direct Mail automation work?

PDI calculates estimated gross rental yield using the asking price and an estimated rental value based on comparable local rentals. Cashflow is calculated using a standard buy-to-let model including mortgage cost assumptions. All figures are estimates for screening purposes — you can drill into a full BTL cashflow model or R2R analysis from any Deal Finder result for a more detailed breakdown.
