What is a PDI Digital Property Pack?

A PDI Digital Property Pack is a single, reconciled JSON (and optional PDF) bundle for any UK address — identified by UPRN. It pulls together listings, ownership and tenure data, AVM valuation, EPC, council tax, flood risk, planning history, comparables and material information into one governed payload.

Packs are built on the same schema and lifecycle the UK conveyancing market is converging on: BASPI v5 for material information and PDTF v3.5.0 for the property data trust framework. As an OPDA member, PDI is committed to keeping packs interoperable with the wider standards stack.

Use them to compress the front of a deal: from instruction-to-instruction speed for agents, from instruction-to-completion speed for conveyancers, and decision-ready files for lenders and underwriters.
