Today marks an important step in the evolution of Property Deals Insight. We have officially launched Alex AI inside the PDI platform, giving users a new in-app call and chat experience designed to help them understand what to do next, which workflow to use and how to get more value from the platform in less time.

Not yet. Today Alex guides you to the right PDI tool and explains what you are looking at. The ability for Alex to execute searches, pull comparables and build reports directly is on the roadmap — watch this space.
Is Alex AI included in my PDI plan?
Yes. Alex AI is available to every active PDI member at no additional cost during launch. Usage limits and plan-tier capabilities will be published as the rollout matures.
Does Alex AI replace human property advice?
No. Alex is built to accelerate your understanding and decision-making, not replace regulated advice. For tax, legal or regulated mortgage advice, always consult a qualified adviser.
