Very detailed customisable views of Yield calculation for buy to let properties, its so easy to pick the right investment portfolio. Same for Auction and HMO deals. Highly recommended.

I liked the analysis tool

The software was intuitive and easy to navigate. Initially I started using it when there were fewer options (e.g., there was no HMO or R2R functions). I was searching for properties in areas that I was not familiar with, so from this aspect it helped a lot. I liked the analysis tool that is part of the software and the fact that it tells you how long it will take to get all money back out of the deal.
